Level 2 Diploma QCF Health and Social Care (England) Intermediate ApprenticeshipList Item 1
This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to work in the adult social care sector in England (similar qualifications for all the other home countries within the UK are also available). It covers work with all adults over the age of 18 in a variety of settings. The qualification requires the learner to spend some time in a real work environment.

Level 3 Diploma Health and Social Care (Adults)
The Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England confirms competence in areas of health and social care as appropriate and is the required qualification for registration and regulatory requirements in the social care sector within England.

Assessor QualificationsList Item 4
This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to become assessors. The awards are generic in that holders of the award can assess any subject in which they are deemed to be occupationally competent and qualified. A minimum of 12 credits must be achieved to qualify for the award. This is typically done within 12 months.

Level 3 Certificate in Advice and Guidance
The qualification Certificate in Advice and Guidance (21 credits) is for anyone involved in offering advice and guidance to others, in a range of services and organisations. It is designed to be completed within 12 months

The qualification Diploma in Advice and Guidance (37 credits) is for anyone working in a setting where they are offering specialist advice and guidance to others, in a range of services and organisations.

Level 3 Diploma Health & Social Care (England) - Advanced Apprenticeship
This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to work within England's adult social care sector (similar qualifications for all the other home countries within the UK are also available). It covers work with all adults over the age of 18 in a variety of settings.

Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care has been specifically designed for learners who work in adult health and social care settings and would like to develop their skills and knowledge to demonstrate competence in a range of roles.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care
The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children is for learners who work in - or who would like to work in - the Adult Social Care sector in England. Typical completion time for this qualification is 12-18 months and it carries 90 credits.

Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training
This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to become teachers or trainers in adult education and replaces the older CTLLS (Certificate to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) teaching course. The course is generic in that holders of the qualification can teach or train any subject in which they are deemed to be occupationally competent.

Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (QCF) develops skills, knowledge and understanding to enable learners to lead a team of internal quality assurers.

Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration
The qualification Diploma in Business Administration (58 credits) is aimed at office-based workers who may be - or aspire to be - personal assistants, office executives or office supervisors. The qualification is a “cross-sector” qualification and contains some mandatory units and some optional units. Typical completion time for this qualification is 12-18 months.

Apprenticeship in Team Leading / Supervising
This Apprenticeship is designed for first line managers who will be responsible for managing a team in their delivery of a clearly defined outcome. This Apprenticeship can typically be completed within 12-18 months.

Level 3 Diploma in Management
This is the recognised qualification for those wishing to work in the social care sector for children and young people as part of the Children and Young People’s Workforce in England. This is the required qualification for workers delivering residential childcare provision. It covers work with children and young people from birth up to 18 years.

Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management
This is a recognised qualification for those with substantial senior management responsibility, some of which is at a strategic level. It is a “cross-sector” qualification that can be used in any environment at this level.

Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship - Operational Manager
This apprenticeship is designed for managers, including operational managers. For experienced managers, completion time would be 12 months. For new managers, the timescale for completion would be 18-24 months. The apprenticeship is suitable for anyone who is responsible for managing people, in any sector.
