Course Spotlight : Professional Boundaries & Accountability

Author name

Could your staff benefit from training in this subject?

This course is designed as an induction day to explore and develop the task of the residential worker specifically in relation to professional behaviour, appropriate boundaries in the relationships with children and young people and also the accountabilities placed on the staff member. Understanding the residential task is the most important basic training and allows staff to engage with children and young people in a meaningful way from the first contact. Looking at some of the most important areas of the work will help ensure the success of placements and promote improved outcomes for children.

If you are interested in organising this training for your staff please contact Heather on 0800 177 7733 option 1. We can deliver face to face at your chosen location or virtually if needs be!
