Congratulations to Heather Maher, our Sales & Marketing Lead who has achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Social Media for Business
with OCN West midlands. Heather joined CAN Training in April 2017 after many years experience running her own business, which relies heavily on social media for marketing and customer retention purposes. Heather has helped to shape the social media strategy for CAN Training and completing this qualification has provided new areas of learning and development for Heather. The Qualification has taken 12 months to complete and covered the following areas
- Analysing and reporting data
- Communicating using digital marketing/sales channels
- Creating and optimising content for the web
- Principles of Keyword and Optimisation (SEO)
- Principles of Social Media for Business
- Social networking management for a business
- Understanding customer relationship management for a creative business
- Use digital and social media in marketing campaigns
- Using collaborative technologies
