CAN Training Maintain Matrix Accreditation
Following a 3 day assessment, CAN Training are delighted to announce their re-accreditation of the matrix quality standard.
The matrix Standard is a unique quality standard for organisations to assess and measure their advice and support services, which ultimately supports individuals in their choice of career, learning, work and life goals.
The standard provides a constructive tool to help identify strengths and areas for development by looking at the four elements that fit around your organisation’s business themes. These four elements are:
Element 1 - Leadership and Management
Element 2 - Resource
Element 3 - Service Delivery
Element 4 - Continuous Quality Improvement
The accreditation involved the input of staff, learners and employers and is a necessity to support much of our contract work with external agencies such as the ESFA.
