Team Building Charity Fundraiser In 5th Year

CAN Training pulled out the paddles once again to become part of team PLF for the 5th year running. They were 1 of 22 teams in the Dragon Boat Racing event held on 1st July 2017 at Lake Padarn near Llanberis, Wales.
The Dragon Boat event is held annually in aid of a fantastic charity, St David's Hospice, who rely solely on donations to provide adult patients with palliative care across North West Wales. St David's Hospice offer amazing care not only to their patients but also for families and for as long as is needed afterwards.
Team 'PLF ' had a full crew of 16 paddlers (complete with fancy dress!) plus the all important drummer! The weather held out for the family friendly event where the kids joined in the fun and took a dip in the lake - alongside a capsized crew in another boat - whoops!!

CAN Training have been shortlisted as finalists for an Excellence in Customer service award at the South Cheshire Chamber of commerce annual business awards. The black tie event will be held on the 19th of November where the winners will be announced. Wish us luck!
